Film Specialist Internship (Part‑time, Unpaid)

About the role
This part‑time, unpaid internship offers hands‑on experience in film production and editing. You will work two days a week (Monday‑Tuesday, 9 am‑2 pm) for 16 weeks, supporting a range of documentary and feature projects.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in video and film production, including camera operation, lighting, and sound capture.
- Edit short and feature‑length documentaries using industry‑standard software.
- Participate in location filming, scriptwriting, and post‑production processes.
- Contribute creative ideas and support the team on various media projects.
Required profile
- Passion for film, storytelling, and current industry trends.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing project requirements.
- Strong attention to detail.
- At least 2 years experience with video editing software (Premiere Pro required).
Required skills
- Video editing – Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent).
- Film production – camera operation, lighting, and sound.
