Field Trainer – Retail Education & Coaching

About the role

The Field Trainer will lead education and training initiatives for Sephora stores across New South Wales. Working both in classroom settings (physical and virtual) and on‑site, you will coach store teams, develop training plans and ensure alignment with Sephora’s brand standards and profitability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, deliver and assess Sephora and brand classroom training programmes.
• Provide in‑store coaching and follow‑up to store managers and teams.
• Identify training needs, develop tailored coaching plans and track learning outcomes.
• Analyse KPIs to spot education gaps and drive capability improvements.
• Maintain training engagement records via attendance, LMS data and in‑store overviews.
• Assist in recruiting specialist roles through practical skill assessments.
• Execute e‑learning schedules and deliver leadership and soft‑skill coaching.

Required profile

• Certificate IV in Adult Training and Assessment (highly regarded).
• Retail experience, preferably in skin, colour or fragrance.
• Experience in retail/sales training and adult learning principles.
• Open availability to travel between states as needed.
• Basic makeup application skills.
