Field Trainer – NSW

About the role

Sephora is looking for a passionate Field Trainer to join our NSW team. You will design and deliver engaging learning experiences that empower Beauty Advisors and Store Leaders, helping them excel in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver dynamic classroom, virtual, and in‑store training sessions that inspire confidence and drive performance.
• Coach Beauty Advisors and Store Leaders on the shop floor to embed learning and create lasting impact.
• Partner with District Managers, Store Leaders, and Brand Partners to identify development needs and create tailored coaching plans.
• Integrate product education for skincare, makeup, and fragrance into training curricula.
• Facilitate leadership and soft‑skill workshops that enable managers to build high‑performing teams.
• Travel across NSW stores to support education initiatives and maintain strong relationships with the retail community.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering training, coaching, or facilitating learning for adult learners.
• Strong retail background with a passion for exceptional customer experiences.
• Knowledge of the beauty industry, including skincare, makeup, haircare, or fragrance.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Willingness to travel throughout NSW.
