Field Trainer – NSW

About the role

Sephora is seeking a Field Trainer for New South Wales to lead education and training initiatives across classroom settings and in‑store environments. You will work closely with District Managers and Store Management Teams to deliver both physical and virtual training programs that support Sephora’s brand standards and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, deliver and assess Sephora and brand classroom training, both in‑person and online.
• Provide on‑site coaching to store teams, develop tailored coaching plans, and track learning outcomes.
• Identify current and future training needs, analyse KPI trends, and address capability gaps.
• Maintain training engagement records through attendance, LMS data, and in‑store overviews.
• Assist in recruiting specialist roles by assessing category‑specific skills.
• Execute store e‑learning schedules and deliver leadership and soft‑skill coaching to managers.

Required profile

• Certificate IV in Adult Training and Assessment (highly regarded).
• Retail, skin, colour or fragrance qualifications (desirable).
• Experience in retail/sales training and learning content creation.
• Open availability to travel across states as training needs arise.
• Basic makeup application skills.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles.
