Field Trainer – NSW

About the role

The Field Training Executive for NSW will lead education and training initiatives across Sephora stores, delivering both classroom (physical and virtual) and in‑store coaching. You will work closely with District Managers and Store Management Teams to ensure training aligns with Sephora’s brand standards and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, deliver and assess Sephora classroom and online training programs.
• Develop and maintain brand partner relationships to achieve training outcomes.
• Coach store teams, follow up on classroom initiatives, and create tailored coaching plans.
• Identify current and future training needs and analyse KPIs to spot education gaps.
• Track training engagement through attendance, LMS data and in‑store overviews.
• Assist in recruiting specialist roles by assessing category skills.
• Execute e‑learning schedules and deliver leadership and soft‑skill coaching.

Required profile

• Certificate IV in Adult Training and Assessment (highly regarded).
• Retail or beauty‑related qualifications (skin, colour, fragrance) desirable.
• Experience in retail/sales training and adult learning principles.
• Open availability to travel between states as needed.

Required skills

• Basic makeup application.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for tracking training data.
