Field Service Technician – Installations (Richlands & Far North QLD)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, trade‑qualified Field Service Technician to join our dynamic team. You will install a wide range of Coca‑Cola beverage dispensing equipment across Richlands and Far North Queensland, ensuring high‑quality standards and excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Complete installations according to Fountain Installation Standards.
• Maintain safety for yourself, colleagues, customers and consumers at all times.
• Deliver equipment within customer and sales expectations.
• Communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Use IT tools and follow standard processes accurately.
• Participate in technical training and continuous‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Refrigeration or Electrical trade qualification.
• Current Queensland electrical licence.
• Valid CPR certificate.
• Construction Industry White Card.
• Strong relationship‑management and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Required skills

• Refrigeration systems knowledge.
• Electrical systems expertise.
• Proficiency with IT systems used for field service.
• Workplace Health and Safety awareness.
