Field Sales Representative – Territory Owner

About the role

Red Bull is looking for a dynamic Field Sales Representative (Striker) to own a territory in Brisbane’s Inner Southwest. You will be responsible for driving product availability and distribution across corporate, independent retail and petrol‑and‑convenience (P&C) accounts, ensuring the brand meets its “Perfect Store” standards.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of a defined geographical patch, meeting sales targets and execution metrics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with third‑party partners, retailers and key customers.
• Execute regular calls and visits to allocated accounts, increasing both width and depth of Red Bull distribution.
• Implement “Perfect Store” merchandising, secure cold‑can and cashier placements, and manage promotional displays.
• Identify and convert new business leads in non‑traditional channels.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience; FMCG background preferred.
• Strong negotiation, objection handling and commercial awareness.
• Self‑organized, detail‑oriented and comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Valid full driver’s licence and proficiency in written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
