Field Sales Representative

About the role

The CareSide is seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive growth of its home‑care services across Adelaide and surrounding suburbs. You will meet prospective clients in their homes, understand their care needs and guide them through choosing The CareSide’s personalised solutions. This is a consultative, inbound‑lead role with no cold‑calling required.

Key responsibilities

• Visit prospective clients at their residences to assess needs and present home‑care services.
• Manage a pipeline of pre‑qualified inbound leads and keep CRM data up‑to‑date.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and OTE.
• Handle objections, answer questions and support families through the decision‑making process.
• Follow up with prospects to progress and close opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager, marketing and care teams to continuously improve the sales approach.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated and persistent.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening abilities.
• Strong desire to learn and improve.
• Current Australian driver’s licence.
• Previous sales or customer‑facing experience is a plus but not mandatory.
