F&I Business Manager

About the role

Heartland Motors, a third-generation, family-owned and operated business selling 11 brands across five locations in Sydney, is looking for an experienced F&I Business Manager. The role involves introducing and selling the dealership's in-house finance, insurance and warranty products to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Sell finance, insurance and warranty products to customers
• Use strong negotiation skills throughout the sales process
• Work with all departments of the dealership to achieve results

Required profile

• Proven finance and insurance experience, ideally within the automotive industry
• Exceptional customer service and people skills
• Proven sales abilities
• Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
• Confidence to build and foster strong relationships

Required skills

• Strong computer skills, including the ability to pick up new systems quickly
• Negotiation skills
