Fashion Designer – Menswear (Jackets, Shirts, Accessories)

About the role

Cotton On is looking for a creative, commercially‑driven Designer to join its Menswear Global Support Centre. You will work across jackets, shirts, accessories, fleece, graphics, tees and knits, turning trends and customer insights into compelling product stories.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop products that align with the brand DNA, customer needs and commercial targets.
• Translate trend and buying direction into wearable, on‑brand pieces across multiple categories.
• Own the design journey from concept through to sample, ensuring accuracy, quality and fit.
• Create CADs, tech packs and design specifications to communicate your vision.
• Partner closely with Buying, Trend and Production teams to align ranges and meet delivery timelines.
• Use performance insights and feedback to continuously refine and improve product offerings.

Required profile

• Qualification in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Proven experience in a designer role with a strong eye for trend‑led product.
• Ability to lead and develop a reporting team.
• High attention to detail throughout design and development stages.
• Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder collaboration skills.
