About the role

Chanel is recruiting a Fashion Advisor for its Market Street Fashion Boutique. The Fashion Advisor acts as a brand ambassador, engaging customers directly, conveying the brand's vision and values, and delivering a luxurious experience that goes beyond product sales.

Key responsibilities

• Uphold the brand image as a Brand Ambassador, with professional grooming and behaviour, and maintain boutique displays to Chanel standards
• Provide exceptional customer and after-sales service, contributing to sales targets and budgets
• Maintain strong product and fashion industry knowledge to give personalised advice and consultation
• Build and manage your own client portfolio, fostering long-term relationships and spotting new opportunities
• Share client feedback with Boutique Leadership to help improve products and service
• Follow standard operating procedures and company guidelines to prevent loss or damage

Required profile

• Retail or customer service experience, preferably in fashion or luxury
• Strong interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills, with a service-oriented, warm and friendly manner
• Proven selling skills and a track record of meeting sales targets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-centric environment and stay up to date on fashion trends and competitors

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of systems, devices (iPad, iPhone) and computer applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication
