About the role

Grill'd, a fast-casual burger chain with 185+ restaurants across Australia, is looking for experienced team members for its Broadway location in Rouse Hill. This is a part-time position in a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant environment where you will take ownership of key stations and help train new team members.

Key responsibilities

• Lead by example, set the pace and support your teammates
• Take ownership of key stations such as grill, wrap, dress bench, floor or till
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences with confidence and efficiency
• Assist in training and mentoring new team members
• Keep the restaurant running smoothly with attention to detail

Required profile

• Experience in a customer-facing or kitchen role
• Natural leader with a positive, can-do attitude
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Confident handling peak service times and problem-solving on the go
• Right to work in Australia; flexible availability including weekdays, nights and weekends
