About the role

Croc's Playcentre Underwood is seeking an experienced kitchen professional to manage all aspects of its kitchen operations on a part-time basis. The role runs the in-store Muffin Break Café & Kitchen, oversees a high volume of children's birthday parties and private functions, and involves training, supervising and mentoring a team of young staff.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the kitchen operations on a part-time basis
  • Operate the in-store Muffin Break Café & Kitchen
  • Oversee a high volume of children's birthday parties and private functions
  • Train, supervise and mentor a team of young staff

Required profile

  • Experience with food preparation is a must, including sandwiches, wraps, platters, cooking (fryer and oven) and food presentation
  • Management experience is ideal
  • Availability to work weekends is essential
  • Fixed roster with no late nights offered
