Experienced FIFO Utility Worker – Casual (Perth)

About the role

We are seeking experienced FIFO Utility workers to join our casual pool for short‑term assignments across the Pilbara, Midwest and South West regions of Western Australia. Shifts operate on 1‑2 week FIFO rotations from Perth Airport, with weekly pay on Thursdays.

Key responsibilities

• Perform kitchen duties such as pot washing, dish cleaning, food handling and basic preparation when required.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, camp accommodation, toilets, offices, crib rooms and outdoor grounds.
• Support housekeeping tasks and general camp cleaning, including tavern, retail shop and coffee‑making areas.
• Assist with mine site cleaning and ensure all areas meet health and safety standards.

Required profile

• Valid unrestricted WA C Class manual driver’s licence.
• Recent FIFO/DIDO experience in Australia (within the last 3 months).
• Ability to work 12‑hour shifts, day or night, in remote and hot environments.
• Unlimited Australian working rights (minimum 7‑8 months validity) and a current National Police Clearance.
• Willingness to pass pre‑employment medical, drug and alcohol screening.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced use of smartphone technology for online training, onboarding and timesheet submission.
