Experienced Boilermaker/Welder – Melbourne

About the role

The Boilermaker/Welder will fabricate, install and maintain structural steel, pipework, equipment frames and small vessels for ACCIONA’s civil and industrial projects. Based in the Port Melbourne workshop, the role also involves occasional site work, requiring precise workmanship and safe tool handling.

Key responsibilities

• Fabricate steel, pipework and other metal components.
• Install equipment frames, skids and plant items.
• Maintain and repair steelwork and mechanical parts.
• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Read and interpret technical drawings to produce accurate work.
• Support both workshop and on‑site tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade (MEM31922).
• Construction Induction Training (White Card).
• Current driver’s licence.
• At least 5 years of experience in industrial welding or boilermaking.
