Executive Leadership Consultant (National)

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a nationally‑based Executive Leadership Consultant to design, deliver and continuously improve high‑impact leadership experiences for its senior partners and executives. You will apply organisational psychology expertise to help senior leaders navigate transitions, succession planning and development milestones.

Key responsibilities

• Design and coordinate executive leadership programs, including transition labs and succession planning initiatives for the top 100 Partners.
• Curate content, select faculty and develop all programme materials such as briefing packs, facilitator guides, slide decks and post‑session outputs.
• Prepare Hogan assessment inputs, interpret results and translate insights into actionable development recommendations.
• Collaborate with senior leaders, People & Purpose stakeholders, coaches, facilitators and external providers to ensure seamless programme delivery.
• Identify and implement technology‑enabled improvements, including AI tools, to enhance participant experience.

Required profile

• Current registration as a Psychologist in Australia with the Psychology Board of Australia/AHPRA.
• Experience in leadership assessment, executive development or organisational psychology.
• Proven ability to work with senior executives in high‑stakes, confidential contexts.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex insights for senior audiences.
• Excellent coordination skills and meticulous attention to detail.
