Executive Assistant to Founder

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support the Founder of an acclaimed Australian womenswear label. Reporting directly to the Founder, you will combine high‑level executive support with day‑to‑day office management, ensuring smooth operations and enabling the team to focus on creative work.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Founder’s diary, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries and expense reporting.
• Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports and board documentation as required.
• Screen and prioritise emails, calls and requests, acting as a trusted gatekeeper.
• Oversee office administration: suppliers, equipment, stationery, kitchen supplies, facilities and maintenance.
• Control office budgets, monitor operational expenditure and improve administrative processes.
• Support onboarding of new employees, organise workstation setup and conduct office inductions.
• Plan and execute company events, celebrations, off‑sites and team functions.
• Assist finance with purchase orders, invoices, expense reconciliation and supplier administration.
• Liaise with external stakeholders, clients and suppliers on behalf of the Founder.
