Executive Assistant to Chief Talent Officer

About the role

QBE Group is looking for an Executive Assistant to work closely with the Chief Talent Officer. This hybrid position supports a high‑visibility agenda, ensuring the senior leader can focus on strategic talent initiatives across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a complex executive diary, inbox, travel arrangements and logistics across multiple time zones.
• Act as the primary point of contact for senior leaders, committees and external stakeholders.
• Anticipate priorities, prepare briefing materials and ensure the Chief Talent Officer is ready for key decisions and meetings.
• Produce confidential correspondence, presentations and executive‑level documents.
• Coordinate leadership forums, meetings and follow‑up actions, driving continuous improvement in processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting a senior executive in a large, fast‑moving organisation.
• Strong judgement, discretion and the ability to operate autonomously.
• Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Adaptable, resilient and comfortable navigating change and ambiguity.
