Executive Assistant – Partner Support (Perth)

About the role

PwC Australia is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support multiple Partners in Perth. You will act as the trusted right‑hand, coordinating meetings, travel, events and day‑to‑day office operations while building strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and their Executive Assistants, supporting Partners on client engagements.
• Maintain client contact information and feedback using Salesforce.
• Manage complex diaries, Partner inboxes, expenses, timesheets and billing.
• Plan and coordinate meetings, training sessions, conferences, events and travel, anticipating and resolving conflicts.
• Provide office management support including catering and AV setup.
• Champion new technologies and assist Partners with digital tool adoption.
• Collaborate with the on‑Demand & Concierge EA Team to provide onsite coverage, triage requests and coordinate logistics.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering high‑level executive support to senior leadership.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills with a high degree of discretion.
• Sound business acumen and the ability to make swift, informed decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
• Highly organised with the capacity to multitask efficiently.
