About the role
The Lifestyle Coordinator supports day‑to‑day community management to drive resident retention. Working closely with the Community Manager and Sales Consultants, the role assists with move‑ins, creates and coordinates resident programs and events, and contributes to sales and marketing activities.
Key responsibilities
- Greet prospects and residents in the office/leasing area, ensuring a comfortable waiting experience.
- Assist with property tours as needed.
- Answer phone calls, route them to the appropriate team member, and follow up on service request callbacks.
- Maintain the guest suite schedule to support resident and prospect visits.
- Support move‑in processes and coordinate community events and programs.
