Entry Level Process Worker – Meat Processing Plant

About the role

We are looking for entry‑level process workers to join our meat processing plant in Bourke, NSW. You will work as part of a diverse team to help produce, cut, pack and store premium meat and seafood products for national and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Work on production lines performing trimming, cutting, boning and slicing.
• Operate meat‑processing equipment and machinery safely.
• Handle meat packing and chiller‑room operations.
• Clean and sterilise work areas and equipment according to hygiene standards.
• Assist with various physical and technical tasks as required.

Required profile

• Reliable and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Physical stamina for standing and manual handling.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety and quality procedures.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Required skills

• Operation of processing equipment and machinery.
• Basic meat cutting and trimming techniques.
• Meat packing and handling.
• Cleaning and sterilisation of work areas.

What we offer

• Full‑time $27.11 /hr or casual $33.89 /hr.
• 4 × 10‑hour day roster with weekly pay.
