About the role
Join a well‑established not‑for‑profit organisation as an Enterprise Architect on a fixed‑term contract. You will shape technology strategy to support community outcomes and drive the delivery of high‑impact projects.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute enterprise architecture strategies aligned with organisational goals and community impact.
- Partner with business leaders and delivery teams to guide solution design, manage dependencies and ensure strategic coherence.
- Assess, recommend and implement Microsoft‑first platforms (Azure, M365, Power Platform) to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Identify architectural, security and data risks, embedding mitigation aligned to NIST, ISO27001 and Essential Eight.
- Oversee integration of new systems such as HRIS, Finance, EMR, CRM and Data & AI platforms.
- Track emerging technologies and evaluate relevance to service delivery and long‑term sustainability.
- Document and communicate architecture designs, roadmaps and recommendations to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Required profile
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture frameworks and best practices.
- Strong breadth across applications, data, analytics, integration patterns, identity & security, cloud platforms and end‑user computing.
- Experience designing Microsoft‑first environments (Azure, M365, Power Platform).
- Background in enterprise IT systems such as HRIS, Finance, EMR, CRM, Data Analytics and AI platforms.
- Knowledge of information security standards (NIST, ISO27001, Essential Eight).
- Experience in the not‑for‑profit or community services sector is highly regarded.
