Enrolled Nurse - Maroubra

About the role

An experienced Enrolled Nurse is sought to provide high-quality care to a client living in their own home at the Maroubra SIL Home. The position covers a 24/7 client with active overnight shifts and rosters during public holidays, and requires a commitment of 38 hours per week. It is a casual position with a competitive salary.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalised care and support tailored to the client's needs, including assistance with daily activities such as personal care and household tasks.
• Deliver complex care, including ventilator use, tracheostomy care and stoma care.
• Monitor the client's health, track vital signs, spot changes in condition and document relevant information.
• Work closely with the wider care team to coordinate care effectively.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a high-care or complex care environment.
• Current and unrestricted AHPRA registration.
• Satisfactory background checks (Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check).
• Current First Aid certificate.
• Full working rights in Australia; COVID-19 vaccination plus booster preferred.
• Willingness to travel to the Maroubra area and to work flexible shift times (24/7 service); 38 hours per week availability preferred.
