Enrolled Nurse - Aged Care

About the role

Estia Health is looking for an Enrolled Nurse to work in its aged care homes. The role centres on providing clinical care and supporting residents and their families, within a community of over 14,000 employees across 96 homes in Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia and Victoria.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical care to residents
• Create comprehensive, individual assessments and care plans for new and existing residents
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation, including AN-ACC and Commonwealth Standards
• Lead and supervise Personal Care Workers and promote a holistic team approach to resident care

Required profile

• Previous experience working in an aged care home
• Nursing Diploma and current AHPRA registration
• Empathetic, able to build rapport with residents, their families and visitors
• A real desire to make a difference in people's lives

Required skills

• Solid clinical documentation skills
• Computer skills
