Enrolled Nurse - Aged Care (Casual to Permanent)

About the role

Estia Health Carindale is looking for an Enrolled Nurse to start on a casual basis with a view to permanent employment. The role sits within a large aged care provider with 94 homes across Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia and Victoria, and focuses on person-centred care for residents and their families.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical care to residents
• Create comprehensive, individual assessments and care plans for new and existing residents
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation, including AN-ACC and Commonwealth Standards
• Lead and supervise Personal Care Workers and promote a holistic team approach to resident care

Required profile

• Previous experience working in an aged care home
• Nursing Diploma and current AHPRA registration
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills
• Empathy, the ability to build rapport with residents, families and visitors, and a desire to make a difference
