About the role

Join Lion’s Graduate Program at the iconic Tooheys Brewery and kick‑start your engineering career in a large‑scale manufacturing environment. Over a 15‑month structured program you’ll rotate through key areas, work on real projects and develop both technical and leadership skills.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through packaging, engineering and leadership development areas within the brewery.
• Complete a capstone project that solves a real business challenge and present outcomes to stakeholders.
• Contribute to initiatives that improve safety, quality, reliability, efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Work manufacturing hours and occasional shift work to support operational needs.

Required profile

• Motivated engineering graduate who is curious, practical and safety‑focused.
• Australian or New Zealand citizen, or Australian permanent resident.
• Engineering degree completed within the last two years or to be completed before start date.
• Willingness to work on‑site at Tooheys Brewery in Lidcombe and adapt to shift requirements.
