Endpoint Engineer – Microsoft Intune & Autopilot (3‑Month Contract)

About the role

This contract position is for an experienced Endpoint Engineer who will work within a highly secure, Microsoft‑focused environment. You will be responsible for delivering fully configured, compliant Windows devices to users while supporting the broader corporate technology landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end deployment lifecycle of Windows devices using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
• Configure and manage Autopilot deployments, including hardware registration, deployment profiles, Entra ID join, and compliance validation.
• Manage endpoint configuration in Intune – configuration profiles, security policies, application assignments, and device compliance.
• Troubleshoot deployment failures through log analysis, policy validation, and root‑cause investigation.
• Package, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications via Intune and other management platforms.
• Provide onsite technical support for hardware, software, identity, and access issues.
• Support meeting‑room and collaboration technologies such as Microsoft Teams Rooms, AV equipment, and displays.
• Assist with hardware replacement, connectivity troubleshooting, and coordination with networking teams.
• Maintain technical documentation, deployment processes, and knowledge articles.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Endpoint Engineering, EUC, Workplace Technology or Desktop Engineering.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot in an enterprise setting.
• Strong understanding of Entra ID (Azure AD), device enrollment, and compliance policies.
