Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (Part-Time/Casual)

About the role

Estia Health South Morang, an aged care home situated around a lake with gardens, is looking for experienced Endorsed Enrolled Nurses (EENs) to join its team on a part-time or casual basis. The home is close to Westfield Plenty Valley and public transport, and offers residents aged care services alongside Estia Health Plenty Valley.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical care to residents
• Create comprehensive, individual assessments and care plans for new and existing residents
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation, including AN-ACC and Commonwealth Standards
• Lead and supervise Personal Care Workers and promote a holistic team approach to resident care

Required profile

• Previous experience working in an aged care home
• Nursing diploma and current AHPRA registration
• Ability to build rapport with residents, their families and visitors
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills
