Employment Consultant – Workforce Australia Program

About the role

Join APM’s Mandurah site as an Employment Consultant supporting the Workforce Australia Program. You will help people with disability discover, secure and sustain meaningful employment, making a tangible difference in their lives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist participants in preparing for job search, interviews and workplace integration.
• Identify individual strengths and match participants with suitable roles.
• Develop creative solutions to overcome employment barriers and arrange workplace adjustments.
• Advocate for inclusive hiring practices with employers and build partnerships with inclusive businesses.
• Celebrate successful placements and provide ongoing support to retain employment.
