Employment Consultant – Workforce Australia Program

About the role

APM is seeking an Employment Consultant to join its Workforce Australia program at the Bunbury, WA site. You will help participants prepare for, secure and sustain meaningful employment, while championing inclusive hiring practices.

Key responsibilities

• Support participants in developing job‑search skills, interview techniques and workplace readiness.
• Identify suitable employment matches and assist candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide creative solutions to overcome barriers and ensure participants have the tools they need to succeed.
• Advocate for inclusive hiring practices and workplace adjustments with partner organisations.
• Celebrate successful placements and maintain ongoing relationships with employers committed to diversity.

Required profile

• Experience in sales, retail, call‑centre, hospitality, consulting, business development or administration is advantageous.
