Employment Consultant

About the role

As an Employment Consultant you will empower participants to secure sustainable employment. You will provide personalised coaching, job placement assistance and ongoing support while working from our Bridgewater office.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver tailored guidance and coaching to help participants achieve their employment goals.
• Identify and secure new job opportunities with local employers that match participants' needs.
• Understand each client’s unique employment requirements and develop appropriate action plans.
• Collaborate with employers to bridge gaps between talent and opportunity.

Required profile

• Experience in a similar role within Employment Services (highly advantageous).
• Background in customer service, sales, contact centre or recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail with solid administrative and IT system skills.
• Valid Police Check and Working with Children Check; ability to set up a myGovID.
