About the role

MatchWorks is seeking an Employment Consultant to join its Workforce Australia team in Kwinana, WA. You will work directly with job seekers, helping them identify strengths, set career goals, and secure sustainable employment.

Key responsibilities

• Assess participants’ skills and aspirations and match them with suitable job opportunities.
• Develop personalised career plans and provide coaching to build confidence and capability.
• Connect participants with training, health, and community services for long‑term success.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local employers and community partners.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset, comfortable collaborating with employers, colleagues, and partners.
• Ability to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check and complete the Orientation Module (support provided).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using case‑management systems (preferred).

• Competitive salary $65,957‑$72,000 per year plus superannuation.
