Employment Coach

About the role

As an Employment Coach you will work from our Albury office to empower participants to secure sustainable employment. You will provide personalised guidance, job placement assistance and ongoing support to help clients achieve their career goals.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver tailored coaching and guidance to a defined client group.
• Identify and develop relationships with local employers that match participants’ needs.
• Facilitate job placements and monitor ongoing employment outcomes.
• Collaborate with employers to bridge gaps between talent and opportunity.
• Maintain accurate client records and use IT systems to track progress.

Required profile

• Experience in employment services, customer service, sales, contact centre or recruitment is highly advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a flexible approach.
• Attention to detail and solid administrative skills.
• Valid Police Check and Working with Children Check (mandatory).
• Ability to set up a myGovID to access government data.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard IT systems and office software.
