Ultimate Performance is seeking motivated Personal Trainers to join its Sydney team in Parramatta. This is a full‑time, career‑focused position where you will deliver world‑class, science‑backed training using the proprietary U.P. Method.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑to‑one personal training sessions that follow evidence‑based protocols.
• Act as a mentor and motivator, guiding clients through personalised nutrition and accountability plans.
• Maintain a 100% focus on training delivery – no sales targets or lead chasing.
• Utilise the company’s training app and systems to track progress and outcomes.

Required profile

• Current Cert IV (or equivalent) in Personal Training.
• Australian work rights (citizenship or permanent residency).
• Strong work ethic, growth mindset and commitment to elite standards.

Required skills

• Knowledge of evidence‑based training methodologies.
• Understanding of personalised nutrition principles.
