Electronic commerce (e-commerce) sales coordinator

About the role

The Electronic commerce (e‑commerce) Sales Coordinator will support SUPREME TRADING’s online sales channel by creating compelling content, managing digital promotions, and providing post‑sale client support. This full‑time position works in a fast‑paced environment and requires close collaboration with marketing, sales, and supplier teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare written material such as reports, briefs, and website content.
• Conduct online marketing, e‑commerce, and website promotions.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies and programs.
• Maintain and manage digital databases and online accounts.
• Copywrite and source content for the website, ensuring effective layout and flow.
• Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and take customer orders.
• Establish and maintain contacts with suppliers and coordinate work activities with other units.
• Monitor product innovations, competitor activity, and market conditions.
• Respond to website visitor inquiries and assist website designers.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within e‑commerce.
• College or CEGEP diploma (1‑2 year program) related to business or marketing.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Client‑focused, organized, flexible team player with excellent oral and written communication.
