eCommerce Specialist – ANZ

About the role

The eCommerce Specialist will own the day‑to‑day operation, optimisation and continuous improvement of Harman’s e‑commerce ecosystem across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to the E‑Commerce Retail Trade Marketing Manager, you will translate commercial priorities into effective digital execution and support retailer digital activation when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and optimise Harman’s e‑commerce websites, ensuring merchandising, content and customer journeys align with business goals.
• Plan, execute and monitor digital marketing campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, Email and CRM.
• Develop and maintain e‑commerce dashboards, KPI reporting and analytics to drive revenue growth.
• Support implementation of new e‑commerce capabilities, partner with global teams on platform upgrades and lead testing and deployment.
• Manage escalated website, payment and online customer issues to improve satisfaction and NPS.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital, Commerce or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in e‑commerce or digital marketing.
• Strong analytical capability and project‑management skills.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and digital marketing platforms.
• Experience working with agency partners and excellent stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with AI tools to support efficiency and problem‑solving.
