About the role

Eden Academy Thornhill Park is seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to deliver a world‑class Kindergarten program for up to 112 children. You will work in a bright, architecturally designed centre that values educator wellbeing and encourages innovative, inclusive learning.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement engaging, EYLF‑aligned learning experiences for kindergarten‑aged children.
• Foster a safe, nurturing environment where each child feels seen and supported.
• Collaborate with families and the local community to promote school readiness and lifelong love of learning.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and compliance with the National Quality Standards.
• Participate in continuous professional development and share best practices with the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or ACECQA‑approved equivalent.
• Minimum three years’ experience as an Early Childhood Teacher in a licensed setting.
• Current Working with Children Check and full Australian working rights.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Professional, polished presence with a warm, approachable demeanor.
• Two professional references, one from a manager or supervisor in childcare or education.
