Early Childhood Educator – NDIS Services

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Kurrajong Therapy Plus in Wagga Wagga. The role supports NDIS participants from birth to seven years and can be full‑time or part‑time, Monday‑Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Provide learning experiences that promote identity, wellbeing, confidence and communication.
• Deliver evidence‑based early intervention, capacity building and school transition services.
• Work with children in NDIS and Parenting Support Services (DSS) programs.
• Collaborate with families to share knowledge and support learning at home and in natural environments.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with NDIS and organisational policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Current NSW Working with Children Check.
• Passion for supporting children with disability and strong commitment to inclusive practice.
