Early Childhood Educator

About the role
Join Nido Craigie as an Early Childhood Educator, delivering programs inspired by the EYLF and Reggio Emilia philosophies. You will nurture children’s wellbeing, foster a sense of belonging, and build trusting relationships with families while contributing to a positive, collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver curriculum aligned with EYLF and Reggio Emilia principles.
- Support children’s emotional, social, and physical wellbeing.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with families.
- Collaborate with team members to create a safe and engaging learning environment.
- Participate in continuous improvement and reflective practice.
Required profile
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECA‑recognised).
- Relevant experience in early childhood education.
- Knowledge of EYLF and NQS standards.
- Reflective and inclusive teaching style.
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) and First Aid certification.
- Willingness to complete the federally mandated National Child Safety Training if not already held.
