Early Childhood Educator

About the role
Eden Academy West Lakes is seeking passionate Early Childhood Educators to join our nurturing environment. You will support the growth and wellbeing of children aged 0‑5 in a safe, child‑focused setting that blends indoor and outdoor natural play spaces.
Key responsibilities
- Create engaging, curiosity‑driving learning environments.
- Deliver playful, developmentally appropriate activities.
- Build strong, supportive relationships with families.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive, inclusive atmosphere.
- Be available for flexible shift patterns and occasional short‑notice cover.
Required profile
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA‑recognised equivalent).
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Full Australian working rights.
- Warm, professional presence with a genuine passion for early learning.
- Two professional references, one from a childcare or education supervisor.
Required skills
- Confidence communicating with children, families, and the community.
