Early Childhood Education Manager

About the role

Campbelltown Kindergarten (C&K), a child-safe organisation and Queensland's leading provider of early childhood education, is looking for an Early Childhood Education Manager to support its kindergartens across the Sunshine Coast. This is a full-time leadership role (38 hours per week, Monday to Friday) with hybrid working arrangements, based in Maroochydore, QLD.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support service delivery, including implementing new services, to promote integrated approaches and quality outcomes aligned with C&K's strategy and regional objectives.
• Partner with service leaders and other local services to engage staff and build a shared sense of purpose.
• Manage service performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Support services to respond to client and community needs, and work with the regional management team on service needs and outcomes.

Required profile

• An ACECQA-approved bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Care, or working towards it.
• Demonstrated experience managing, mentoring and supporting early childhood education and care services or programs.
• Willingness to travel across the region; multi-site management experience is desirable.
• Knowledge of early childhood curricula, child health, wellbeing and inclusion, and development frameworks.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork, and the ability to analyse trends and data and build partnerships.
• A police check and not being a Restricted Person or Suspended Educator under the QLD Blue Card system.
