Dynamics 365 CE Developer (Hybrid, Permanent)

About the role

CPA Australia is looking for a passionate Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) developer to join a high‑performing squad. You will work on modern Microsoft technologies, including Power Platform and AI tools such as Copilot Studio, delivering enhancements, integrations and intelligent automation for our customer and business platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
• Build Power Apps and Power Automate workflows.
• Support solution design alongside architects and technical leads.
• Create AI‑powered solutions using Copilot Studio and AI Builder.
• Participate in code reviews and follow DevOps best practices.
• Contribute to projects from design through deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high‑quality outcomes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 development.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 CE.
• Proficiency with Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure DevOps and Git.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Agile delivery practices.
• Excellent problem‑solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
