Duty Manager - Salisbury

About the role

ALDI is hiring a part-time Duty Manager for its Salisbury store. The Duty Manager leads from the front during their shift, keeping the store running smoothly, supporting and guiding team members, handling customer inquiries and working with the store management team. The role involves evening and weekend work.

Key responsibilities

• Open and close the store and supervise shifts
• Give clear, constructive and inspiring feedback to the team
• Help train and onboard new team members
• Serve customers at the registers
• Keep shelves stocked
• Watch out for incidents or hazards to keep everyone safe
