Duty Manager (Hospitality)

About the role

We are seeking dynamic and experienced Duty Managers to join our newly renovated multi‑level venue. You will lead a vibrant team across two bars, a popular bistro, gaming facilities and accommodation, ensuring a high‑energy, guest‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of bars, bistro, gaming areas and accommodation, maintaining service standards.
• Lead and motivate staff, adapting quickly to a fast‑paced environment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and gaming regulations.
• Drive food and beverage performance and guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Previous senior supervisor or duty manager experience in a multifaceted pub or hotel.
• Experience in managing gaming facilities is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with a diverse clientele.
• Strong leadership qualities to inspire and guide the team.
