Driver - Waste Collection

About the role

Cleanaway is hiring a driver for a permanent, full-time position in Karratha, Western Australia. The role involves operating company collection vehicles and equipment, with a weekly regional allowance and overtime opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Able to drive a variety of vehicles
• Operate company collection vehicles and equipment
• Carry out daily pre-starts and maintenance checks on vehicles and equipment
• Interact with clients and safely load and unload trucks
• Maintain the presentation of the vehicle, inside and out
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Required profile

• An unrestricted HR or MC licence
• Experience in the waste industry would be an advantage
• Clean driving record
• Professional manner with a strong customer service ethic
• Strong commitment to safety and willingness to work as part of a team
• Must pass pre-employment medical and drug screening
