Domestic Execution & Logistics Officer

About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Domestic Execution & Logistics Officer to join the logistics and execution team at Louis Dreyfus Company on a six‑month fixed‑term basis. The role focuses on reviewing, verifying and processing logistics and execution invoices while supporting the team with administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Review and process logistics and execution invoices in a timely manner.
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies by collaborating with internal stakeholders.
- Follow up with service providers to obtain updated rate cards.
- Ensure invoices are processed within required timeframes.
- Provide general administrative support to the logistics team.
- Assist with ad‑hoc tasks as required.
Required profile
- Experience in logistics, accounts payable or administration.
- Exposure to commodities is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to support the team.
Required skills
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office.
