Dogman - Civil Infrastructure Project

About the role

Randstad Trades & Labour is recruiting an experienced Dogman for a major civil infrastructure project in Brisbane Southside, involving roadworks and civil upgrades. The role suits a reliable, safety-conscious Dogman with proven experience supporting crane operations on busy construction sites.

Key responsibilities

• Perform dogging duties and assist with lifting operations.
• Safely sling, secure and direct loads.
• Communicate with crane operators using hand signals and radio.
• Assist with the safe movement and positioning of construction materials.
• Work alongside civil construction crews and follow site safety procedures.

Required profile

• Current DG High Risk Work Licence (essential).
• Proven experience as a Dogman on construction sites.
• Civil, infrastructure or bridge construction experience highly regarded.
• Construction White Card.
• Reliable transport and ability to travel to Kuraby.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a busy site team.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of lifting operations and load safety.
• Knowledge of safe work procedures.
