Dive Team Leader

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Dive Team Leader to manage and lead daily diving activities at our Channel site in Electrona. This full‑time, onsite role ensures the safety, efficiency, and maintenance of all diving operations while supporting a skilled team of divers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and lead daily diving operations.
• Maintain and service diving equipment to ensure reliability.
• Monitor safety protocols and enforce compliance during all dives.
• Coach and develop new divers, fostering a strong safety culture.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years aquaculture diving experience.
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude with a strong commitment to safety.
• Reliable team player who can support and lead crew members.

Required skills

• Commercial SSBA Dive Supervisor qualification (or equivalent).
• Commercial SSBA Diver qualification to at least 30 m (or equivalent).
• Proficiency in diving equipment maintenance.
