Director, Services Business Development – Identity & Security Sales

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Director to lead Services Business Development focused on Identity and Security solutions. The role drives revenue growth, builds strategic partnerships, and expands the market presence of Mastercard’s security portfolio across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Drive growth of Mastercard Security and Identity Solutions, achieving revenue targets and regional expansion.
• Own market revenue for fraud and risk prevention, dispute/chargeback optimization, digital identity, and cybersecurity products and services.
• Grow and convert the sales pipeline, targeting both financial‑institution and non‑financial‑institution customers, as well as new logo acquisition.
• Sell advisory, data insights, and program‑management services alongside core security technologies.
• Collaborate with B2B marketing to execute demand‑generation initiatives for managed and unmanaged accounts.
• Serve as a domain expert on fraud, risk, dispute/chargeback, digital identity, and cybersecurity in customer engagements.

Required profile

• Proven track record in consultative B2B sales of security solution technologies to both FI and non‑FI customers.
• Deep knowledge of digital payments, issuing, acquiring, and payment‑risk and enterprise‑risk management.
• Strong network of target buyers and decision‑makers within the security and payments ecosystem.
