Director, Product Management, Advanced Analytics & AI

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a senior leader to own the product management of its Advanced Analytics and AI portfolio across the Asia‑Pacific region. The Director will act as the commercial and strategic owner of the product line, driving growth, profitability and market adoption of data‑driven solutions for financial and non‑financial customers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for Advanced Analytics & AI solutions in APAC.
• Take full P&L responsibility, delivering revenue and margin targets.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, and global product teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
• Partner with Business Development and Client Services to shape go‑to‑market strategies.
• Influence regional product managers to align solutions with local market needs.
• Monitor industry trends and translate them into actionable product enhancements.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading product management for analytics, AI or data‑intensive solutions.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of P&L ownership.
• Deep understanding of the payments or financial services ecosystem, preferably in APAC.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional, matrixed teams.
• Excellent strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills.
